Situated on the historic Opeongo Line near Eganville, we raise purebred Texas Longhorns on nothing but grass.
The result? Amazing beef that is absolutely packed with flavour and is as healthy for you (and the environment) as beef can get. The longhorn breed grows slowly - as nature intended - and is exceptionally lean and flavourful. We also dry age all our beef for a minimum of 21 days in order to maximize tenderness and taste.
